In our Smart Suites, you can enjoy a holiday with (almost) no rules. Here are the few exceptions.

Many roads lead to Kaltern. These ones are the fastest.
Booking
You can’t buy happiness, but you can book a holiday here. After receiving our booking confirmation, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the total rate. So that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest from the very beginning, we ask you to transfer the remaining amount by seven days before your arrival at the latest.
Check-in
No matter if early morning or late night: You’re always welcome here. You can check in online in advance. Your smartphone or the numeric code that we’ll send you beforehand will be the key to your accommodation and to your free parking space. Your Smart Suite is ready for you from 3 p.m.
Check-out
All things must come to an end, and the same goes for your holiday at our comfy suites. We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 10 a.m.

Do you need a tip for an excursion or a trip? Do you want to know what’s going on where and when or which restaurant to choose? Then take a look at our digital guest information.
Pets
We love animals, but out of consideration for other guests, we don’t accommodate your furry friends. Thank you for your understanding.
Smoking
Please note that smoking in the suites is not allowed.
Cancellation
Things do not always go the way they’re meant to. Please inform us immediately in writing if you need to cancel your holiday at our Smart Suites. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 14 to 7 days before your arrival, we’ll have to retain your deposit. In case of cancellation six days before arrival, no-show, late arrival, or early departure, we charge the full amount.
Board
In our accommodation we don’t offer any form of board. Shops, bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
Wi-Fi
Here at Smart Suites, you can surf on Lago di Caldaro/Kalterersee but also on the internet for free.
Payment
After receiving our booking confirmation, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the total rate. The remaining amount will be charged seven days before arrival. We accept credit cards and bank transfers. The local tax amounts to €0.85 per person/day for guests aged 14 and over.
